In 2011, Scott R. Toner, Esq., and Tracy A. Ramirez, Esq., opened their practice representing injured individuals. Their law firm primarily handles cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, and products liability. They litigate personal injury cases throughout the greater Tampa Bay area and Central Florida. The law firm of Toner & Ramirez, P.A., does not participate in any commercial advertising and prides itself on being a traditional, reputation-based law firm.
